−Odada 2 ayrı yatak istedik ancak yapışık 2 yatak vardı, ayırmak için mesafe yoktu. Ayrıca arka taraftaki odalar duvar bakıyordu,4.kata kadar maalesef duvar karanlığında. Kahvaltı salonu da penceresiz.

“I will not stay at a Sercote hotel again and I will not recommend this place.”
+Location was decent.
−Room had a lot of humidity, walls had a lot of marks and were not clean. Iron was dirty with remains of charred fabric on it. Bathroom needs to be updated. I tried to cancel the reservation to check out earlier and change the last day to another location of their chain to give them another chance, but they did not allow it.

−The room was not renovated. At all. The shower was rusty and with mold. We were a group and had three rooms. All were in same condition. I got a new room and at least the door to the bathroom was closing.

+Pat confortabil, asternuturi albe, micul dejun destul de variat. Locatia a fost buna pentru scopul calatoriei.
−Camera fara fereastra spre exterior. sala de mese intr-o zona fara lumina naturala. La micul dejun nu au fost decat rosii si niciun fel de alte legume.
