“A thoroughly contrasting experience.”
+Nice decorating concept, with a spacious room, and quick check in. Some staff really made you feel welcome such as at check in or check out.
−Bed was very uncomfortable with a two single beds making up the double bed. Shower heads had not been cleaned and had black residue. Bar staff were happy to accommodate custom drink requests, but management stepped in to deny the request for some reason.

“A home from home in Belfast city centre”
+Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from City Hall. Extremely friendly & helpful staff. Great studio room with a mini kitchen - fridge, microwave, hob - ideal if you don't want to eat out every day. Very comfortable bed. Downstairs there is a restaurant & bar. Facilities are really good - there's even a gym & a laundry room!
−Room got quite warm. A well lit mirror would be a useful addition for applying make-up or for shaving.

“Great location”
+Great location, clean and bright, staff friendly and helpful.
−Room was a little warm, dry air. AC is available in the room. Leaving window open slightly helped with this

+Die Farben im Hotel und Gute Atmosphäre. Freundliche unkomplizierte Hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.

“Comfortable, relaxed and easy going”
+Laid back, and smack bang in the centre of Belfast
−I would’ve liked a window, but that’s the room we booked so not the hotels fault.
