“Great stay and staff.”
+Location great.
−Due to a large amount of check out and check ins room turnover was increased. Therefore check in was delayed by 3.5 hours which was an inconvenience. However the staff were apologetic and great to deal with.

“Good spot to stay was just dissipated in the communication re late check in”
+Good spacious rooms and facilities
−We had issue with late check in which meant we could not access the property and had to book another hotel Communication was not great
“Second stay and we would stay again”
+Cleanliness, spaciousness and location
−Little things like having to ask for clean linen when staying 11 days, not enough coat hangers, no small bowls or nice wine glasses, no floor rug

“We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in the apartment which was situated close to all amenities.”
+The apartment was roomy and very clean and comfortable. We had a partial sea view from 6th floor. The building was ideally located close to beach, cafes, shops, restaurants, Coles supermarket, beachfront walking paths and ice cream parlours. Staff were very accommodating and even assisted when we had a TV noise issue with a next door neighbour.
−Nothing
