“Flophouse!!!”
+Not much
−Property and room were old and run down. Sketchy people hanging around. Property felt unsafe. People actively smoking cigarettes and pot, and the smell came into my room.

“Dependable, clean, and very conveniently located to the Masters.”
+This was during Masters week, when prices are nuts everywhere. We have stayed here for 20 years during the tournament, and they are good for their level of property. This year there were noticeable improvements in cosmesis, and it is always clean. Will be back, hopefully.
−Pricing, of course, but it's the Masters!
