“Dringende Überholung und Modernisierung notwendig!”
+Das Apartment war sehr groß. Die Räume sind gut aufgeteilt. Es gibt einen Pool.
−Als wir das Apartment betraten, kam uns ein muffeliger schlechter Geruch entgegen. Die Ausstattung und Räume sind veraltet. Sowohl Leintuch und Decken waren stark dunkel gemustert, wodurch sich für den ersten notwenigen Eindruck keine Reinlichkeit vermuten ließ (was wir als Gäste aber sofort sehen wollen). Alles ist abgewohnt und alt. In Nebenräumen lagen Handtücher von vorigen Besuchern. (Vielleicht nahm man an, wir würden sie benützen wollen???) Waschmaschine und Trockner zeigten Rostspuren.

−I wish the pool was ocean side, it’s between the building and parking lot.
+Mieszkanie jest bardzo duże, czyste i na samej plaży. Basen czysty i ciepły. Łatwe parkowanie. W pralni chemia potrzebna do prania a w kuchni sól, pieprz, kawa, herbata i kapsułki do zmywarki. Blisko do Kennedy Space Center ale jako bazy do Disneya nie polecam: za daleko aby być na otwarcie kiedy tłumy są najmniejsze. Plaża jak z bajki. Szkoda tylko że obok wyrasta koszmarek rozmiaru lotniska...

+Close proximity to beach. Nice pool and hot tub. Also close to shops and restaurants.

“Loving Coco”
+We were familiar with the area and the beach was clean. People are laid back and friendly. The owner was in contact before the stay. All information was sent the day before.
−Big entertainment is far, so you have to plan before getting to your final destination. There were a couple of small items that could be fixed in the condo.

−The king mattress needs to be replaced. Very lumpy.
