“Great visit”
+Location, cleanliness, staff, breakfast, entertainment all great
−Too hot in the room even with window open and radiator off. Very slippy in shower. Needs a mat. Shampoo and conditioner in shower would be handy. Struggled getting water temp right in shower. Hot water coming out of cold tap in sink unless you ran it for ages

+The hotel staff were friendly and helpful . They went out of there way to make my brother feel special on his 60th birthday. Spotlessly clean, warm and excellent location.

“Clean, comfortable, welcoming hotel.”
+Seventh visit to this hotel. Staff are fantastic, rooms are comfortable and the food is great. Hotel is situated behind the tower, near enough for an easy walk in, far enough away to be out of the worst of the crowds when it’s busy.
−Nothing to say here.
