+We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Royale Chulan Cherating Villa. The villa was lovely, comfortable, and relaxing, making it a perfect getaway. The food was delicious, and the facilities were well maintained and satisfactory. What truly made our stay memorable was the warm hospitality of the staff, who were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. A special thank you to Syamim, Izzudin, and Amin for their excellent service and for making us feel so welcome. Your kindness and hospitality were truly appreciated! Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. We would definitely love to return for another stay in the future. Thank you, Royale Chulan Cherating Villa, for the wonderful hospitality!

+Beach view.
−Too expensive. Lots of maintenance issues. It's time for a full renovation or significant price reduction.

“We will come back!”
+Very nice layout and very clean. At 100% occupancy it didn’t feel crowded. The family villa was very comfortable for 2 adults and 3 kids. The beach was enjoyable as it’s safe to swim in.
−The breakfast menu could have more variety eg fish or salmon, more pastry, roti canai. To put a phone at the swimming pool area to make it easier to call for a buggy.

“Will repeat this stay again!!!”
+Everything!!! The accomodation was super nice, the breakfast was super delicious!!
−Nothing!!! except you need to climb the stairs but they have buggy to ride for you up until in front of the room. Everything was exceptional!!

“Chulan Cherating is well passed its glory days!”
+Location on Cherating Beach is excellent
−We would rate it just 3 star - pool is murky with many tiles missing. Breakfast poor and dinner was even worse - maybe the poorest meal we’ve experienced in 40 years of travel. We could not recommend this place or the surrounding area which is run down and many shut places.

“Definitely one of the best hotels we've stayed at. Thank you Royale Chulan Cherating team!”
+My stay at Royale Chulan was wonderful. The staff provided warm and professional service throughout. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.Also was particularly impressed with the breakfast buffet, which was exceptional. There was an impressive selection of both local Malaysian cuisine and international dishes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
−The bathroom floor is very slippery when wet. Please consider providing anti-slip mats to improve guest safety
