“Dated”
+xtremely tired. Eole place smells damp and I had to ask for someone to spray my room as the stench was awful. Single room felt like a care home. Sink in room instead of bathroom. Old socks on flat roof outside window only thing going forit is the brilliantlocation and private car park! I wouldn't stay again

“Would not return due to noise levels in the room!”
+Hotel is in great location, just up the road from the beach. However, don’t expect to get any sleep if you are allocated Room 103, it is directly above a nightclub, which blares out base music until 2am. During these hours the noise levels in the room measured an average of 75 decibels and frequently went above 80 decibels (a quiet bedroom should be around 40 decibels). This also meant the windows had to be kept shut (or the noise was even worse), making the room extremely hot and stuffy. Why would you allocate a parent & child a room above a nightclub?! When I went down to reception to complain about the room, I was informed that noise levels were stated on their website and in correspondence. Sure enough, when I checked my messages, there is a single line, amongst four messages and a wealth of other information, that states they ‘cannot guarantee a quiet stay due to a cocktail bar and nightclub on site’. That implies a few rowdy drinkers on the premises, not that you will be sharing your bedroom with the Ministry of Sound! Check which room you are in before you book!
“Miserable”
−Not told that the restaurant wasn’t operating for evening meals.. Also not told the nightclub would be open until 2 o’clock midweek.
“Bluebird Steve”
+The shower was excellent.Simple to use with plenty of shampoo and cleaning gel.
−The new checking in procedure. Why complicate service with barcodes smartphones etc?.Prior to this checking in was perfectly easy.
“Terrible and dangerous.”
+The staff were polite.
−The room was dated, smelt musty, appeared clean but had no air circulation or ventilation and despite a fan was a constant 31 degrees for 2 days causing me to suffer heat stroke and go to hospital. I therefore had to check out 2 days early and go somewhere else. There was no water and no eating facilities in the hotel.
+Staff great. Accomodating.
−Expensive car park charges. Rooms very hot. Noisy.
“zu laut.”
−Die Party bis morgen um 2:00

“Very old, moldy bathroom, noisy, and in urgent need of renovation. I wouldn’t stay here again.”
+Its close to the beach
−Very old, mold in the bathroom, a window that doesn’t close properly, and a lot of noise from the bar. It urgently needs renovating. I wouldn’t stay here again.

“Not recommended”
+Comfortable
−We had booked breakfast but it wasn't available. Our room was directly above the noisy venue. Areas of the hotel were more quiet and there were rooms available on booking.com but the person on the desk said she was unable to anything about seeing other rooms. There were no onlther staff in the hotel.
“Difficult to find for parking but surprisingly comfy”
+Room surprisingly comfy, even if generally basic, it had everything I needed.
−Signage into carpark was so confusing with logos but not the hotel name,- just coming off the roundabout- that we missed it and had to go round before entering
