−Dear Management Team, I am writing to share some constructive feedback regarding my recent stay at your property. While I had high expectations, there are several operational, privacy, and safety areas that require immediate attention to ensure your service aligns with guest expectations. • Room Value: The current room rates do not accurately reflect the overall quality, amenities, and service provided during the stay. • Housekeeping Automation Malfunctions: The "Make My Room" alert system appears to be experiencing technical issues. Pressing the button does not successfully notify the cleaning supervisor. Furthermore, removing the key card from the room slot fails to send an automated status update or notification to the supervisor, leading to significant coordination delays. • Staff Protocol and Privacy: There were instances where the room attendants entered the room without knocking. For guest comfort and security, please ensure staff are retrained to strictly knock and await a response before entering an occupied room. • Swimming Pool Layout: The swimming pool directly opens toward the dining area, which compromises guest privacy. “Convenient location to get into and out of Mysore by road, lots of good eating spots around.”

−The AC vent in the room kept blowing bits of thermocol an plastic into the living space. The rooms could also do with a bit of an update as some parts are showing their age. Asked to change rooms once because of the same mentioned AC issue and that the had shower in the washroom was leaking leaving an overall mouldy and wet smell in the whole room.
“It made me feel that I should leave quickly and never come back”
+The hotel is mediocre and desperately in need of renovation. Bathrooms are dated and shabby. It makes one wonder who gave the place a 4-star rating. Considering its condition, it is overpriced at the daily rate of 5500 plus rupees.
