+The mattresses were comfortable. The hvac system was noisy & not very responsive.
“VERY ANGRY”
+I was there for three nights. On our 2nd morning at 9:00 one of the male housekeepers came in our room. Did not knock or anything. It wasn’t even close to check out time plus we were not leaving until the NEXT day. Why was this man entering our room. All he could say was so sorry. I do not think he understood English. Figures. We spoke to the front desk and all they wanted to do was offer us a free bottle of juice. Like that will just make it ok. They are lucky I didn’t call the police. We left a day early and I really hope Hotels.com will make this right. We will see. This man had no business at all coming into our room while we’re were half asleep. Unless he was looking for something.

+The bathrooms were dirty stuff was broken the beds were very uncomfortable it was not maintained properly for being a hotel I’m very disappointed in this stay! I will never book there again!!!
