“Disappointed”
+The hot air balloon ride recommended by the front desk lady was very nice & value for money.
−No housekeeping Dusty The so call parking area is a sloppy road Breakfasts I timing is inconsistency.. food served too was inconsistent During the 2nd day’s breakfast, we can still see yesterday’s morning leftover French fries on the serving tray !!!

“Very good”
+It was quite comfortable and didnt smell bad. It was huge, clean, and well lit. Very close to city center. Good slippers Cave is quite profound and gives a pleasant hobbit house vibe.
−Because it is a cave it is still has more humidity in the air, specially after use of shower. And in the morning it was a bit more heavy to breathe. But this is a problem with all caves. The reception is a bit noisy but it is ok. Overall, a pleasant place to stay for the experience foe one night.

+Great location! Clean rooms. Very hospitality atmosphere. Amazing Delux Rooms with a red bed .

“Potentially good place if problems are remediated”
+Location is great, staff were polite and responsive. Cave room could be great in better conditions.
−Cave room had almost 100% humidity and was infiltrated with black mold over most walls without even a working bathroom fan. Serious health risk. Shower floods and even the sink is sloped backwards to spill water behind the cabinet. Pure derp neglect. Smaller than expected room as well and I smashed my head multiple times in low hanging areas. Breakfast basic and lacks nutrition.

“Just beyond the words.”
+We booked the cave hotel and it was just amazing. Room was really clean and we had private jacuzzi in bathroom. They also booked ballon ride for us. It was just mesmerising. Also the buffet breakfast is the best.
