“Great value in a good location”
+The venue was a stones throw from Stoneleigh exhibition venue where I was for 2 days. The restaurant serves some great curries and there is a good selection for Breakfast. The omlette I had with my breakfasts were very good. The value was exceptional and the rooms large and clean.
−This is a family run business and at times you had a little wait in reception but it was only a slight observation, but they were all really friendly.

+On arrival, adter checking in and paying for breakfasts, i was informed that i could not stay as i had a kitten with me. I had booked specifically to attend a cat show at Stoneleigh Park. I had e mailed the hotel after booking with Booking.com to inform the hotel. On getting no reply to ny e mail, i telephoned and was told that it should be fine as kitten would be penned So after driving for 6 hours, 2 73 year old women (one disabled!)were turned away with nowhere to stay at almost 6pm in the evening. The Receptionist refused to give her name, said there was no Duty Manager available (which i believe to be illegal and against H & S regulations) I was refused a refund and left to find alternative accommodation. Fortunately, a local Hotel took pity on us and were most helpful and kind in their efforts to find us a room. This experience left us distraught and tearful I would appreciate some assistance from someone in authority in respect of the appalling lack of manners, customer support or assistance from your offensive and uncaring reception member.
−The appalling lack of humanity and compassion of your rude staff.

“Well located Hotel”
+Well located clean and tidy room good walk in shower with plenty of hot water.
−The pillows were awful, the shower tray nearly overflowed due to blocked plughole and the tv was overly complicated it took two members of staff to get it working.

“Good.”
+Reception staff very helpful.
−Road noise at the front of the hotel. I asked to be moved to a room in the back section which was much better. Wi fi poor in rooms at the far end of corridors (but there is a wired ethernet socket in the room).
“hotel was good but mattress on bed was very poor”
+breakfast was good
−worst mattress i have ever slept on in a hotel
