+We had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our entire family together, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff gave us a very warm welcome, and Thomas was especially helpful throughout our stay. He shared useful information about nearby restaurants and travel options. Since it was a rainy day, he even personally checked whether motor gliding was operating before we headed out. This thoughtful gesture saved us a lot of time and was greatly appreciated. The location is another big advantage. There are plenty of restaurants right next to the property, including options for traditional Kerala meals. The Varkala Cliff is just about a minute’s walk away, with easy access to the cliff road and beach. There are also plenty of shops along the cliff. Parking is available at the property as well. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, with warm hospitality, helpful staff, and an excellent location.

−There was no handwash, bathroom picture din't match the photos, the curtains were dirty and there were too many mosquitoes. We have had much better stays at this price.

+Great location, very responsive host, and within walking distance of North Cliff. The place was clean, comfortable, and very affordable. Definitely great value for money.

“The staff, location and cleanliness overall was very good. Overall value for money.”
+The cottage overall was very clean. Staff was very friendly, chilled and helpful. Location was on spot, room was clean. Kitchen had supplies. Sea was very near and all the hotels and pubs were within a km max and yet the stay was very peaceful and quite. Garden was beautiful. Enough parking place.
−Didn't get hot water in the shower. There was no cabinet for cloths to keep. Cloth hangers were just two and broken. Kitchen supplies were marginal like gas was provided, one pan was provided. Plates were there but didn't look appealing, glass also looked dirty or not maintained. Fridge was there but not plugged in. Basics like salt and sugar was not available. Kitchen area was little dirty. I myself bought a cleaning scrub to clean the utensil that I wanted to use. No dustbin provided in the room. I booked for 3 people and only one cloth drying rack was provided which was not sufficient since there are no cabinets to keep clothes. No mosquito repellent was given. Only one face size mirror was provided in the room.
