+The elevator wasn't working the entire time of my visit. It was extremely cold outside and we had to lift our bags in and out during our entry and exit from the place. I was also charged extra on my credit card for no reason.
“Not worth the price”
+Much smaller then website pictures! A hassle to check-in .. Then go take Shuttles - To anywhere U need to go.. If don’t have car. I was very disappointed
“Deceiving”
+The online picture is very deceiving. The resort is self does not stand up to what is showing on line.

“Great place to stay”
+The room was beautiful and the resort was amazing. Wish we could have stayed for more than one night.
+I enjoyed my stay here. One thing that made this stay uncomfortable was there was no air conditioner so it was hot in the room.
“Horrible stay”
+Too lengthy and cumbersome check in No ac didn't work No toiletries in bathroom like shampoo or lotion Old building Hot room Asked for a little later check in they said no
“not as advertised”
+The room was beautiful, accommodating and new. Bed was comfortable, shower head was great, dining table was convenient. However, there was virtually no view from either the living room or bedroom. I came for a view, having that impression from the website. We saw a chair lift from one side and a solitary view of a concrete block wall.
“Fantastic Vacation Place for Couples and zfamily”
+My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and agreed to come back. The room had so many appliances, storage space, comfort bed, and it felt like we were in an apartment. We really enjoyed the views and the staff were very informative to where to visit. We hive the Ridge Resorts a 10 for the rate. Thank you for your recommendation for a hotel.
+This is not a motel room, it is a small one bedroom fully furnished and outfitted apartment with a beautiful view.
