+Beautiful quiet ambience...our welcoming staff were excellent...its easy to access shopping mall, supermarkets, food and entertainment.

“Great location and comfortable rooms, but hotel prices without hotel services. Hospitality shouldn’t be a DIY experience”
+The location was excellent, very convenient and close to the train station. The room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Overall, the property itself was very nice.
−What I really disliked was the increasingly common Airbnb-style approach to hospitality, where guests pay hotel prices but receive almost no actual hotel services. During my entire stay of five days, the towels and bed linen were never changed, and no housekeeping was provided. Guests are expected to clean up after themselves, take out their own rubbish and essentially manage everything on their own. I find this approach quite frustrating. When paying a considerable amount for accommodation, I expect at least basic services such as regular cleaning and fresh towels. It feels like hotels are gradually removing services while keeping their prices just as high. I’m honestly getting tired of this trend. Hospitality should involve more than simply providing a room and leaving guests to take care of everything else.

+It was a very nice experience everything inside the apartment is perfect and its not really far from the centre even if its like about 24-30 mins away with the car. However my concern is just a trash bag which is not really a big deal since we went in the Rewe grocery store and buy some bags also will be better if they have given like good for 4days and 3nights stay of coffee capsule which I believed it must be and atleast some extra tissue since they dont have the bidet. In doing the laundry you really need to download the “NEW APP WASH” though it has the minimum 20euro for loading but you can actually maximize it specially when youre staying for 1week and its very convinient.

“Jauki apartamenti Minhenē ģimenei ar suni!”
+Labi apartamenti, plašas un ērtas divas divstāvu gultas, atsevišķa telpa atpūtai, balkons un virtuve ar visu nepieciesamo, kā arī ēdamgaldu! Divas dušas bija super! Viss iekārtots gaumīgi un dizainiski. Izmantojām arī fitnesa centru, bibliotēku un spēļu centru- ļoti interesanti iekārtota ēka- katrā stāvā kas jauns. Ļoti laba tīrīšana apartamentos- paldies!
−Visi apartamenti bija tumši- visi gaismekļi tikai dizainā un nesniedza daudz gaismas. Ja vērtē autostāvvietu un brokastis- tās likās pārāk dārgas un mēs tās neizmantojām- ir citas iespējas. Jārēķinās, ka atrašanās vieta ir pilsētas nomalē, tai pašā laikā ar S-Bahn līdz centram 20 minūtēs.

+The stuff was super reachable at any time of the day and night, the room was very thoughtfully organised, clean and comfortable. Very comfortable parking under the building. Would like to come back to this hotel once i am in Munich.

+Hotel moderno con quasi tutto dentro, dalla palestra ad un cinema, da un ristorante chiuso la sera ad una lavanderia interna. Sembra una piccola città senza dover uscire. Metro a 2 passi.
−Reception inesistente, lavori costanti che non sono stati avvertiti da nessuna mail quindi si fa fatica a capire a primo impatto da dove entrare se si arriva in macchina, parcheggio caro 20 euro al giorno, per il resto ok

+Everything is really convenient - the rooms are fairly small but well furnished, with comfortable beds, lits of stowage spaces and good soundproofing. There are plenty of facilities available in the building as well as a garage. Excellent location if arriving by car, easy access to the highway and very close to public transport.
