−The cost of parking is an exhorbitant add=on. Parking is listed in the Booking description but that description doesn't make it clear that you're paying a lot for the privilege.

“The front desk staff were not nice.”
+The pool was nice.
−The parking fee is outrageous.
“Great customer service.”
+Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly, professional, and provided good customer service throughout our visit. Although the room type we originally booked was not available upon arrival, the staff accommodated us with alternative rooms and made every effort to ensure we were comfortable. They even called to check on us after we got settled to make sure everything was going well, which we appreciated. While it was disappointing that our reserved room wasn't available, the staff's responsiveness and genuine concern for our experience made a positive impression. I would consider staying here again based on the cleanliness of the property and the excellent customer service.

“Average”
+Nice breakfast. Pool was clean
−The outdoor pool closed early. 8 pm in the middle of summer. The paper on the fridge says that it closes at seasonal darkness. Which is 9:30 or 10 pm in the summer. We asked the front desk if they could open it till 9 pm so we could swim a little after our hot day of walking in the heave wave. -no They charged us for parking. Very disappointing. We had a 6x8 trailer so we had to pay for 2 parking spots per day. The hallway floors and the room floors don’t get vacuumed or swept. There were crumbs and lint all over in our rooms and hallways. Socks from previous guests were under the beds. The fridge was terribly dented, walls scraped. Kitchenette floor was gross. Shower handle was broken, wouldn’t stay up. No shelf or ledge in the shower to put a soap or razor on. Place could use a sprucing up in the rooms and hallways Pool and pool area was clean. Main entrance was nice and clean. Breakfast lady takes her job seriously! Good breakfast and she was vacuuming and cleaning behind guest! She works hard!

“Bring back maid service”
+I thought my room was large and lovely. the breakfast was very good too. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful.
−However, no one told me about the new rule that no one would clean my room. I didnt make a mess and just wanted the bed made and garbage taken out. I was horrified to come back at night and see my unmade bed. This is not a low quality hotel. I expected a quality stay and to say I was annoyed is an understatement. The hotel is not charging less, but giving less to the guest.

“Room was too far from the entrance. Even when I indicated that I was coming with my wife and an infant child. No conside”
+Location
−The room and the things inside are old. No kettle in the room to boil water for tea. No coffee maker. I called the reception and they told me they can't find one for me.

“The lack of unprofessionalism is enough for me to never visit or recommend this hotel to anyone.”
+I had reserved accommodations at this hotel for an event my daughters and I planned to attend in the Washington D.C. area, with the booking made via booking.com. Regrettably, I fell ill and was unable to travel, prompting me to send an email to booking.com to cancel my reservation. I received a confirmation email indicating that the cancellation request had been forwarded to the hotel. Subsequently, the hotel provided me with a corporate number to initiate a case, which I did. I made over 20 attempts to contact the manager, with whom I eventually spoke once; she advised me to contact booking.com as they had not received any notification. Prior to this, I was informed that due to the hotel being fully booked and having to relocate guests to an alternative establishment, a refund could not be issued. Despite having only reserved a single room, my concerns were not addressed. I then contacted booking.com, relaying the situation to an agent who, while I was on the line, contacted the hotel. The hotel attendant confirmed that the email address on file with booking.com and the hotel's current email address differed. This discrepancy, however, is not my responsibility. Eighteen days have
