“Week end dans l’Hudson vallée”
+Grande chambre bien équipée
−Isolation phonique (voie rapide très bruyante à proximité de l’hôtel), petit déjeuner correct mais peu de choix
“Satisfactory”
+The breakfast was very good.
−The room pullout bed was uncomfortable.

“Sufficient but not Satisfying”
+The location worked for us.
−The property definitely needs maintenance. The carpet was worn. The bathroom door in our room did not close. The blackout curtains did not meet and sunlight streamed into the room.
“It was good. 8 / 10”
−My refrigerator woke us up making loud noises. It sounded like someone doing construction next door. Upon searching, we realized it was the fridge. We unplugged it after trying different solutions and that's the only thing that worked. Problem: we had food in the fridge. I called at 2am to the front desk and their only resolution was to either move us to another room or bring our food downstairs to the lobby fridge. No partial refund, no discount on your next stay, not even a hey...it's 2AM and I want to offer you a late checkout. Wasn't pleased with that, but everything else was fine.

“Best experience I’ve had in 55 years, and I’ve stayed a LOT of places.”
+Front desk staff exhibited exceptional customer service at all times. Continental breakfast had something for everyone in our family of 8, exceeded expectations. The pool, gym, and laundry also exceeded expectations. All staff were courteous, friendly, and very professional. We traveled as a 4 generation family with everyone from age 9 to 83 expressing their approval and appreciation for the facility.
−No complaints.
“Very nice place to stay if you’re looking for a few days in the area.”
+Super clean and great staff. Good location.
−All was great!
