+Parking place, very delicious breakfast. Modern decorated room.
−Building is like a labyrinth. Finding the room is so complicated

“Our family retreat”
+The hotel has a great location in a quiet neighborhood and close to the gondola lift. Apartments are quite large, well arranged and equipped. Breakfast was very good with wide variety of products. Staff was kind and helpful as necessary.
−It is kind of hard to get oriented around initially. There are steps to climb to reach some areas. Main restaurant (for breakfast) and SPA zone are not suitable for hotel of this size and they can get crowded during peak hours.

Steam bath Sauna Jaccuzzi ηταν top.

“Spa area is a kids playground.”
+Extremely clean and comfortable hotel, with nice choice of meals for breakfast. Nice resting lounges in a loby area with good kids playground.
−Lack of sitting places in the dining room, extremely low capacity in the spa area with non functional saunas. More or less the spa area was a kids playground jumping in the pool screaming and playong with the showers. Non recommended if you try to take a personal time to relax.

+We booked room with Mountain View and it was a big room with nice mountain views. Staff was good and accommodating.
−- The evening buffet while having lots of cold salads had very few vegetarian warm dishes which forced us to go with the A la Carte menu.. both nights we complained about the dishes. - When we asked reception to send us more coffee bags as we consumed the 2 they put, they says they only give 2 and asked us to pay 2.5 euros per bag for any additional.. we found this not appropriate. - SPA area is small, one of the jacuzzis didn’t work and the other worked partially,
