“4-6人入住 用品一應俱全 即使是外宿也可以像是在家一樣自己煮飯泡澡洗衣服 地點非常優異 但就是整棟建築物偏舊式的格局”
+地點離廣島站非常近 很方便 設備都很齊全
−主臥室的牆壁有明顯的灰塵
+Location was good, easy to get to and get around from there. Clean. Decent space for a larger family.
−Main living area air conditioner was old and smelled so bad we couldn't use it, I suspect it was mold mildew or something in the system. It was rainy during our stay and the two large windows leaked water through, getting some of our stuff wet. There was no table and chairs, no desk but there was a kitchenette and couch in the main room.

“Loved the Hiroshima Peace Park would recommend arriving late ie 4pm spend next day”
+Size of suite for adult family of 4 was good so was price and proximity to station. We only wanted to spend one night so we could visit the Hiroshima Peace park which we did.
−check-in procedure for 4pm late check in , no ability to leave luggage at property. We had to walk up steep hill to different property in rain to leave luggage and walk back to get luggage then back up and down to take luggage to our property. Advice in advance that there were lockers at train station would have been good to have recieved. We used them the next day rather than lug our luggage back up hill again. Lockers were expenive for 4 of us but still better alternative and much closer to our actual accomodation.

−荷物を宿泊日しか預けられなかった。 預けた荷物を部屋に運んでおいてもらえたが、玄関の靴で上がるところに置いてあった。スーツケースではなく、ボストンバックやリュックだったので。 畳の部屋か、せめて台所前に置いておいて欲しかったかな。

+小さい子供を連れての旅行だったので 部屋が畳で広く快適に過ごせました！ お風呂に椅子と桶もあったのが個人的に嬉しかったです。 気になることや確認事項で問い合わせをすると すぐに返信がいただけて丁寧に対応していただけたことも 嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました。
−強いて言えば通路やエレベーターが少し狭めなことですが 立地や価格を考えれば申し分ありません。

“Facilities were great, location was a short walk to train station.”
+Close to station , clean , spacious , facilities were great .
−It was difficult to self check in.. name and reservation number weren’t accepted , no answer via phone. Had to get external help.
“薄暗くて居心地がよくない”
+広いので 荷物を広げるのに困らなかった
−とにかく薄暗くて 照明のスイッチが探せず 風呂の灯りが消せないまま一晩過ごした 洗面スペースにタオル掛けがなく 濡れたタオルの置き場に困った 洗濯物を干すピンチハンガーを使って ということか？

“最悪”
−上の階の足音が響きすぎ、さらに窓ガラスが昔のサッシのためか近隣の飲み屋やその周辺の酔っぱらいの騒ぎ声や歌声が朝方まで続き早朝５時くらいから貨物列車の騒音がかなりうるさいです。ホテルに常駐しているスタッフがおらず クレームの電話の対応もすいませんと言われるだけ、どうしても気になるなら上の階に行ってご自分で注意してくださいとのことで、本当にあきれるばかりでした、部屋のにおいも気になるし、今まで何十件も泊ってきた中で最悪のホテルでした。せっかくの旅行を計画している方絶対おすすめできません！今回はクチコミをちゃんと見てなかった自分の責任です。
