“Good over night stay .reasonably priced .everything we needed”
+Good price .Room had everything we needed . Good breakfast
−Broken sink in bathroom . Telephone had something smeared all over it 🤮

“Just about adequate”
+Good price and convenient - just off Motorway.
−Noiser than expected with traffic outside audible when windows closed. Television would not work at all! Very disappointed but late and didn't want the disturbance anticipated of reporting issue. Not sure it was connected. Cables missing.

“Cheep and Cheerful”
+The stay was very nice ,the room we was in was a bit tiered and in need of some TLC.
−We are in our late 60s and the room only had a over bath shower , which was disgusting needed repairs

+Decor fairly new. Price reasonable. Only 1 minute from M1 junction 40.
