“Not a hotel”
+I attempted to check in yesterday but It is no longer a hotel. It is a halfway house. It was sold over the summer. Still has all the signage up. I booked this place April and no one thought to notify me. I was reimbursed. I then had to find another hotel.

“A place for Yankee fans to stay”
+This is a great place to stay and go to multiple Yankee games. Pleasant walk to stadium with an excellent Mexican restaurant along the way. Easy subway access (3 blocks) and only ten blocks from the stadium.

+Even though it was advertised as a non-smoking hotel, there was a heavy smell of smoke. Not to mention our bed linens had cigarette burns in them.
