“Would definitely stay again. Great location, great facilities. Thank you.”
+The staff were very friendly. They found out it was my partners birthday and left a bottle of wine and chocolates in our room. The location was very central and suited what we had planned perfectly. The cleaning staff were so obliging also.
−The only complaint we have is the pillows. They need replacing from both comfort and cleanliness factors.

+Friendly staff, nice room, had everything I needed
−Parking was tricky underground and very loud cars doing burnouts at night.

“The Quest provided a relaxing and pleasant stay for our family, we highly recommend it to anybody.”
+The room was very clean and neat. Beds were big and comfortable. We had everything we needed. It was exactly what we wanted to come back to after a full on day. The reception staff were amazing, friendly and helpful too. Location was perfect to being close to all the shops.
−The dryer in the room wasn't working but didn't mind too much as was still able to use the hotel guest laundry room. Not much to complain about as we were quite happy with our stay.

“Geat place”
+Clean and tidy room
−No fault of quest at all but there is a kebab place opposite that has extremely bright lights shining into the 1st floor room
