“Disappointed.”
+I booked online through you a king appartment and when I arrived it was not available. The staff at reception said I could get an upgrade for additional $20 per night, so I booked. The room was substandard I have stayed in their average rooms before and they were much better and cost substantially less at $170 a night. I was tired and decided to stay the night and checked out the following morning and when I asked for a refund I was told they couldn’t refund me because I needed to contact booking.com. I lost the booking details and found this email in my inbox, I’m glad contacted me because I didn’t know what to do. Can you assist me with this please. Megan.
−The room was too expensive and what I booked wasn’t available. The staff were difficult to deal with.

+The quest staff are super friendly and helpful. Our daughter lives close by so this is a great place to stay and you make everything easy. The cafe downstairs is great too
