“Fab location, clean and comfortable.”
+Location, just a quick walk to beach, shops, restaurants, petone club and bars. Access was simple and easy. We felt safe and comfortable in our room, with a little balcony. Late checkout of 11am!!!
−Light pollution from the hallway through our door. Light placement, so bright and over bed lights were awful in our eyes. Coffee pods weren't replaced, we only got 2 English breakfast tea bags and 4 little packets of milk. Not really enough for 2 nights accommodation

“It is a nice place and very convenient for us to stay but it is not what I ordered on booking.com”
−I booked an extra room as it was 3 female staying, what we got was a double bed and roll away bed. They offered us an extra unit and it was going to cost $300+ but didn’t want to pay the extra cost. They gave us another roll away bed which we used but it was cramped in the room. Also the car park we had was very difficult to get into and we observed other cars having parking problems.

“I had a relaxing stay at the Quest Petone. Best location right in the heart of Jackson Street.”
+The room was really spacious and extremely clean. It also had a little balcony. The room more than met my expectations and I would stay here again.

+It was comfortable I took advantage of the special room price and clean
−We only received 1 swipe card and when we had to sit in the dark if both of us didn’t go out. We had visitors and had to sit in dark whilst one person went down to let them in. Last visit we got 2 swipe cards. Often my husband and I go in different directions when we are down there and 1 swipe card is inconvenient
