“Did not live up to expectations.”
+Location is good and staff were very helpful.
−Our apartment was very tired looking, carpet stained, patched, curtain needed fixing, kitchen worktop cracked, settee cushions were burst and looked shabby, not really what was expected from the photos. There is also major building work going on across the street, do not expect to have a quiet lie in during the week and noise is constant throughout the day. There was a moth infestation too, we spent 20 minutes catching them all. There are parking charges too, I did not see that on the information.

−Room 904 next to elevator - elevator noise comes through so need earplugs to sleep. Bathroom: 1. Can you please replace the exhaust fan switch. It works but the actual small switch is broken. 2. Light switch needs replacing. It is still working but feels like it is going to fail soon from old age. 3. Shower - the water oscillates from too hot to too cold around every 45 seconds. Is this a fault or inherent to the hot water fitting / system?

+Location and upgrade
−We didn’t get serviced on 2 of the 3 days even when we requested it at reception the second time. The first day we also didn’t but that was our choice because we stayed in the room. After 3 days, We needed our rubbish taken away and more toilet paper and had to do it ourselves. We were told that sometimes you dont get serviced on the weekend?
