+El personal y la ubicación está muy bien. Pero me dieron la habitación sucia el piso del baño y mojado y las paredes en capas deshaciéndose del baño.

+The location was great! Basically right in the heart of Miraflores. There’s many restaurants nearby. The place has 24 hour front desk so if you need anything they’re there to help. It also seemed they had 24/7 security guard out front so it felt extra safe. The staff was very friendly! The place was kept very clean so we were satisfied.
−Our TV didn’t work, the mattress is super hard, and the walls are thin so we could always hear when someone was in the hallway.

+All the reception staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to organize anything you need and offer great recommendations. It really depends on what you're looking for. As a solo traveler, there aren't many common areas where you can easily meet and connect with other travelers. However, if you're looking for a place to slow down and relax, it's a great choice. The rooms are very cozy and comfortable, the breakfast is good, and the location is convenient also as a solo female traveller.
