“Beautiful views, great location and comfortable rooms”
+The location is amazing with beautiful views and parking onsite. Very close to Manly beach. The rooms were nice, clean and modern. The shuttle buses made it nice and easy to get around the place.

−No air conditioning. We did ok but I can’t imagine how it would be on a summers night

“Great loved the view and the position.”
−We stayed in P9 room 21 outside bathroom, you need to install a grip bar in the bath/shower. I have a vertigo problem and once in the bath I struggled to get out. Also as the shelf in the bathroom over the sink is broken and two thin bars poke out and are dangerous when leaning in to brush teeth etc.

“Overall the room and the views outweighed the bad breakfast and the delays in the van.”
+Room was clean and comfortable. Beach was awesome.
−Long delays in the van on the Sunday. We had plans and times organised for getting to Manly and back and to be on time for the ghost tour. There was not enough vans to accommodate wedding and other guests. Having over 80 year olds meant we needed to rely on the vans. It was a real drag having to wait 40 mins for a van. The poached eggs at the cafe were awful. Really bad.

“A lovely comfortable, clean stay.”
+We didn’t have breakfast at the buffet, instead we went down to the wharf. The location was perfect but breakfast was disorganised, drinks and coffee came after meals, extra meals were charged and unable to be removed until back up at reception. This was the only low point of our lovely stay.
−Loved it all. Just the Wharf breakfast needs a bit more organisation.
