🇬🇧 We had a wonderful holiday. Mohammed helped us a lot with everything. He showed us where to eat the best local food in Egypt and fulfilled our every request. He treated us like family. He immediately solved even the smallest problems with the room. When we wanted to rent a car, he had one brought right to us. Breakfast was nice and varied. The hotel room was very beautiful with its pyramid view. Sitting on the terrace, drinking tea, and watching the light show was so enjoyable. All the staff at the hotel were very friendly. They made us feel at
