+Convenient to the event I was attending in Melbourne. Rooms were a good size.

“Excellent, as usual”
+Ls chambres avec vue sur le parc, offrent réellement une belle vue sur le parc. Et malgré le trafic de l'avenue principale au pied de l'hôtel, le double vitrage fait son office en éliminant tout bruit. Ces chambre sont vastes et profitent d'un joli coucher de soleil.
−L'absence d'une demi porte vitrée latérale à la douche peut être problématique si on n'est pas attentif "à ne pas en mettre partout". Et pourquoi donc mettre la clim au petit restaurant du petit déjeuner aussi forte !! C'est glacial !

“Clean, comfortable quiet room on level 8.”
+Our stay went well, clean comfortable quiet room, just what we asked for, Thank You.
−1. faulty desk lamp switch which flashed when used, so left turned off. 2. the large ball lamp over the bedside table whislt decorative was great for bang head against. 3. dual power outlet at coffee machine only RHS operational. 4. Hinge on fridge door requires attention. You could open fridge but not obvious why door would not close until you lift up the free end and it closes.

“Started off really disappointed but was upgraded so much better in the end. Food was amazing”
+On the positive when I talked to reception about my disappointment in the room they upgrade us to more suitable room. The food was amazing
−Paid $500 per night including breakfast so my expectation was high. No smart t.v so couldn’t use Netflix or Apple TV which was disappointing considering it was sold as a 5 star Bathroom was very dated and tiles cracked. View was a brick wall. After talking to reception we were upgraded to a much better room

“Great location, excellent eating choices within hotel and convenient car park access”
+Great location across from Albert Park, close proximity to city, St. Kilda, Prahran and other popular spots, very accessible car park
−Room often wasn't made until after 3pm, frustrating when returning from work commitments and getting charged for mini bar items I didn't use
