+The room was clean and esthetically pleasing just like in the pictures. The staff was friendly and accomodative.
−There was a power and water outage during our stay so we weren't able to use the shower and charge our phones until the guy from reception organized a generator. He tried to make sure we were set. Pula Nala should try to have back up (a big generator) in case of such issues, i believe they could do better on that part. Otherwise it wasn't THAT bad.
+The staff were friendly and professional.
−The room leaked water, no electricity for our entire stay, geyser have no hot water, no water even toilet facilities can't be used.
