“Wonderful hospitality”
+Fabulous hospitality. Bobby was very attentive to my party. He ensured we were well watered and fed, and well informed. I felt very 'seen and heard'. Thank you

“Perfect”
+I stayed here again sat 8th and sun 9th November. It's become a go to place to stay for me when I visit my mother in a nearby care home. As usual I had a great stay and the staff are fantastic. Big shout out for Bobby,he really does know the meaning of fantastic customer service. Area and country wide management of premier Inn take note👍👍👍

“These guys deserve the best Christmas bonus ever! They're such a great team! Possibly one of the best hotel stays ever!”
+I've stayed at a fair few Premier Inns over the years and this is honestly the most warma and welcoming one imaginable. The staff here are beyond attentive! The whole team are incredible. Welcoming, warm, polite, attentive. The rooms are immaculate, clean, well laid out and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The food is tasty, hot, generously sized portions and served in good time. I have literally nothing negative to say! Thank you, and well done, to all the team here - Bobby, Suhas, Claire, Alam, Irene and David - keep up the great work and I hope you're managers appreciate you as much as I have during my stay!

“Great place”
+Stayed for a great couple of nights, The two gentlemen who greeted and arranged meals etc, outstanding. Hospitality at its best, All staff where frendly and attentative, couldnt ask for any more, above and beyond exspectations for service. Hotel was great, clean, restaurant offered good food and beverages, its located very close to parking and town.
“Great stay - Clean and Comfortable overnight stay!”
+Had a fantastic one-night stopover at Premier Inn Basingstoke Town Centre. The staff were incredibly welcoming at check-in and continued to provide excellent service during breakfast and check-out. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered great value for money. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis right outside, with additional options nearby if needed. Highly recommend for a convenient and pleasant stay.
“Great location, vfm and friendly staff”
+This is a well run premier inn with helpful friendly staff. Great location, a few minutes walk from the town centre and Haymarket Theatre.
“Average”
+Hotel is located well for town centre. Staff were excellent. Shower was cold, mixer valve may have been faulty so wasn't mixing the hot and cold water. Bed was uncomfortable. Windows couldn't be opened, on purpose, so no fresh air in room was possible, o only from ac.
“Comfortable, friendly, central hotel”
+The Basingstoke Premier Inn is a comfortable, friendly, central hotel. Good bed and bath/shower plus freshly cooked breakfast.
