+George the owner is very nice and accommodating. Very pleasant breakfast and the rooms are clean with good A/C and cute views. The only negative in our case was our room had two twin beds put together to make a queen of sorts and the shower was super tiny with water all over the floor when used. These are minor and expected issues, just pointing them out for those that find them significant. Great place overall and highly recommend. You won't find a nicer host.

+George and Vicky are great hosts. The property was clean and comfortable, albeit basic. Shower was a tad tiny, but doable. Delightful little breakfast dining room overlooking one of the two streets that make up downtown Delphi. A great stay and you really feel like you’re appreciated.
+The owner speaks excellent English and is very helpful. The room is modest (small shower can get floor wet) but good value. Varied good buffet breakfast
