I phoned them and they were super-aggressive about all of this and absolutely refused to consider that I may be telling the truth. SUPER SUPER AGGRESSIVE. I texted a copy of the Wotif receipt to them and then asked them by text to confirm they received it. They never confirmed - I requested this several times. I phoned Wotif (USA connection) and the person there was very helpful; he emailed me later to confirm he had spoken to them. THEY STILL NEVER CONFIRMED AND NEVER APOLOGISED. WHEN I TRIED TO PHONE THEM AFTER THIS TO MAKE SURE ALL WAS OKAY THEY JUST HUNG UP WHEN T
