“Disappointing”
−The water from taps was dirty in the morning. They couldn’t repair it and offered an alternative room too late, just before my ferry out of town. No response to my request for compensation or partial refund as I couldn’t get value for money as bathroom services were inadequately provided.

“Amazing”
+We had an amazing stay at Phi Phi Beach Resort. Our private bungalow had stunning views of Phi Phi Leh and was in a fantastic location, just a short boat ride from the main town. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phi Phi!

“Vildt fantastisk , de bedste personaler , den bedste strand❤️”
+Mest fantastiske personalet , smilende venlige imødekommende , og meget hjælpsomme på alle måder. De gav os en meget fantastisk ferie. Personalet tog med ud og snoklede med hajer i hans fritid for vi skulle have den oplevelse . Om aften var der så god service , altid smilende og god til at fortælle om øen . Mest fantastiske oplevelse og ikke sidste gang vi skal der til❤️

+Skjermet fra sentrum, rolig perle med nydelig utsikt. Fantastisk personale og service. Frlottw snokle muligeter på et lite rev rett utenfor stranen. Der fekk me se utallige fiskearter og blacktip haier.
