“Nice touches but some small fixes could improve”
+Big room and nice colour palette. Thoughtful arrangement of towels. Supplied toiletries was nice. In the deluxe having a hanging keycard by the door was useful.
−It felt like there was very little meaningful difference between a deluxe and standard room. Not enough plug sockets. Sometimes the bathroom had poor smells from the drains and extractor fan. A combination of thin windows and communal terrace doors in the corridor, left open all night, made it very loud. I have stayed in other places which are acutely aware of nearby noise which gave complimentary ear plugs but this hotel did not

“Great hotel, would definitely recommend!”
+Bed was top tier, staff very friendly and a great location. Fresh coffee on site and spotless hotel. We got upgraded to a deluxe room upon arrival without even having to ask which was brilliant and the hotel picked up our luggage upon arrival at the dock also
−Only downside is the noise due to its location but ear plugs solve that. Other than that the hotel is perfect
