+Good big room and bathroom. Ideal for long term stays.
+Size of the room was great, lots of space. Bathroom was fab, way more modern that the rest of the room
−Kitchenette is outdated. You only got 1 pillow per person and they were flat. There was a power cut, appreciate it happens but meant our stay was cut short with zero compensation

“Sad to say we won’t be going back!”
+Nothing, we have stayed at the park many times but this is the first time we have stayed at the hotel. I say hotel it was more like a hostel!
−The room was poor and not very clean, we arrived during a storm and there was no heating on so it took a while to heat the room.

“Relaxing after a hard days walking”
+Being able to use the pool and sauna was fantastic We visited whilst walking the Welsh coastal path . The location for this was great and being able to relax in the pool after a long walk was fantastic

“Great staff. Delicious breakfast. Great accommodation.”
+Great to have kitchen facilities. Very comfortable and a great shower.
+Great location. The bar/restaurant was nice. Nice surprise to find a small kitchenette in the rooms. Modern bathrooms.
−The rooms are a bit dated and could use a refresh.
