+Very nice and polite staff. They did a good job in renovation, everything look brand new.
−I ordered in-room dining. The prices were high and I thought that the room service was included. When the food arrived I charged aiddionally €11 for the room service. I asked if this is noticed anywhere in the menu and they told me that it does not. I told them that if i knew that I wouldn't order and it's good to add a notice. They just thanked me for the suggestion.

“Very good retreat Hotel”
+The gym is just next level. Super high equipment like a Hyrox Studio 10stars. Best Hotel Gym we‘ve ever seen! Very clean Hotel and nice staff. They have also a very big Sauna. We definitely recommend the Hotel and would stay again.
−The restaurant/ Bar was OK. Decent food but not extraordinary and therefore a bit overpriced.

“One of the best hotels in the area. A must stay.”
+The staff & hotel manager are exceptional.
−Would be nice to have robes in the room. That really is the only thing I could think of.

+Very new and modern hotel, situated in the centre of Platres. The SPA area was very good, but crowded. Breakfast was very good, too.
−The scenic view wasn't really scenic. It should be named 'garden' view, since it looks out onto the tree crowns. There was no view from our room. The Saturday evening dinner was served buffet-only; we expected à la carte. The rooms look nice, but the renovation quality leaves something to be desired.
