“Un hôtel au calme proche de Dalcahue et Castro”
++ chambre confortable + vue remarquable du restaurant + bonne cuisine - La piste d'accès mériterait quelque entretien à certains endroits
+A lot of wonderful things about this hotel. the surrounding natural beauty and the very beautiful dining room and common rooms with stunning views. The wooden deck surrounding the hotel and outside the spa area is somewhat degraded and even rotten in some places by the hot tub. The breakfast is very nice. We only ate dinner there one night but would not recommend. the food was not great and the fish was really not good. An oddity that there was absolutely no information about hikes or things to do nearby. Of course we had the internet but desk staff seemed befuddled by the request for suggestions. Trails behind the hotel can take you down to the water but are poorly marked and there is no map. (bosque and mar arrows are also backwards) Our room had a small balcony to enjoy the view, but oddly no chairs. Bed was comfortable and cozy. Bathroom very spare. Shower was a plastic walk in like in a camper. no shelf or any place to put soap. Bottom line is that the natural beauty is amazing and the common rooms are extraordinary. It's kind of hard to understand though how every review can be 10 out of 10.
“Exquisite.”
+The hotel is in an idyllic location surrounded by beauty and nature, the service was superb, with friendly staff, the food and the wine exquisite. The building was lovely.
“A Place Worth Returning To”
+A truly beautiful and relaxing place. A staff that goes out of its way to make your stay memorable. I look forward to returning.
+A delight. A sanctuary. Sweet staff.
“Local Especial”
+Local especial, com bela vista, sustentável, e isolado. Calmo, tranquilo e sossegado, com ótimo quarto e serviço de café da manhã e jantar
+An amazing, beautiful location. My only regret is that we only stayed one night. The staff was outstanding.
“Relajo y desconexion”
+Alojamos en una cabaña comoda, bien calefaccionada y que tenia todo lo necesario sin ser lujosa. La gastronomia del hotel es muy buena, una carta acotada pero cada plato muy bien preparado. El personal super amable y el entorno muy lindo. Volveriamos felices
