+Good place for staying at next trip to Eugene
+The current staff is very friendly and helpful. The property has relatively limited parking for the guests if their rooms are filled.
+Quite pricey for a no frills hotel for move in day. Couldn’t complain though, since all the other hotels I have status with were wildly pricey this weekend.
+Came in with a friend for a Ducks game. Perfect for what we needed. Easy walk to the stadium. Will be my go to motel for games moving forward.
+Good value.

“Remodeled and clean”
+Room and bathroom appeared to be recently remodeled, very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of food and drink options within walking distance. I will stay here again
+Not a great location. Older building, not fancy or new but well kept and our room was very clean which speaks volumes. Downtown is not a great area but it was conveniently close to everything.
+The people at the front desk were amazingly nice and accommodating. There's plenty of places to eat and go shopping within walking distance. The convenience store right next door is handy and easy access to the freeway.
“Will work well if others not available”
+Friendly staff, convenient location, but sits at intersection of large, noisy roads and decor is outdated by decades. Would stay here if better (quieter) options weren’t available, but Parkway is only ever a backup option.
