“Love the location but time to spend some money on the place”
+Great location, very central but far enough out of town to feel in the country
−Becoming outdated, needs a good clean and maintenance, new crockery and carpets. Not the place it once was

“A beautiful and relaxing stay with wonderful staff , we would happily come back again.”
+We absolutely loved the property. It was beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained, with a lovely atmosphere throughout. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
−There wasn’t much we didn’t like. We really enjoyed our stay and found the property to be comfortable, relaxing and well looked after.

“Nice rooms but staff need training on customer service”
+We stayed in the glamping tent. This was really well equipped with a lovely balcony and comfortable bed.
−The breakfast was ok but things had run out and it took about 20 minutes to restock. The tables were not wiped down and the staff were not very friendly or helpful.

+Friendly Staff, Quite Location, Spacious Rooms Clean Rooms
“Beautiful property but wasn’t able to enjoy it.”
+The property was great. There were many facilities that had great potential.
−We were just confused why there were no staff running the bar or the cafe. There were 2 or 3 wedding parties that came to back to the resort after their weddings to find that nothing was open. No one could hang out for drinks and to socialize so everyone just left. Early in the morning everything was shut until 7am so I couldn’t even get a morning coffee. Pool shut until 8am. So you can’t get anything if you are a morning person or a night owl. We expected there to be quite a crowd at the bar at 8pm but nothing was happening. Seemed like quite a waste of a nice big space.
