+L'ensemble des prestations pour la localisation, le compromis est tres pratique.
−Suite a une absence imprévue d'un collègue, l'hôtel n'a rien pu/su proposer pour adoucir la perte d'une chambre réservée pour rien. Certes le delai d'annulation était passé et un remboursement complet n'était pas attendu non plus, mais puisque j'ai a revenir régulièrement, un geste commerciale sous forme d'un bête voucher de quelques point de pourcentage sur la prochaine réservation, ou meme seulement la non-facturation du petit déjeuner associé a cette chambre aurait été appreciable

−The gym and Swimming Pool and sauna facilities appear way more upmarket on the website and booking platform. The gym is TINY and right next to reception. The swimming pool is used for children’s swimming lessons and didn’t appear as an upmarket hotel spa area!

“Great Experience!”
+The Park Plaza Eindhoven is an exceptional hotel with excellent and accommodating staff; who have made my husband and I having a wonderful stay. We chose this hotel for it's great reviews, and we were glad we did! From the moment we walked into the reception; we received a warm presence and willingness from staff, making us feel welcome to this great city. I want to say a very big thank you to Courtenay, Julia, Adriana, Elina, Christina and Antonio for their incredible customer care. They went above and beyond to support my husband to create a memorable birthday suprise for me. I was truly touched! In addition, The rooms are clean, beds comfortable, provided with a small fridge for personal food or drinks items. Breakfast has enough choice for you to start your day right. There are two fabulous restaurants connected to the hotel . Although we only ate at one of them; Le Meiling offers an unlimited menu, with delectable tasting courses you will enjoy from start to finish. The hotel is in a great location to other restaurants, shops and close to the centre of the city. If you are travelling as a couple, friends and family don't hesitate to book this great hotel. You will not regret i

+Die Lage
−Der Schimmel in dem Bad sowie auch die Plastik Duschbadewanne wie vor 30 Jahren. Dazu kommt, dass man nicht größer als 1.60m sein darf um unter den Duschkopf zu kommen. Keine vernünftigen Tassen am Wasserkocher, geschweige denn vernünftiger Kaffee.... Fenster lassen sich zudem nicht öffnen. Sauna für max zwei Personen und auch nur, wenn man sitzt. Insgesamt für 200€/Tag nicht zu empfehlen!

−We requested a taxi to be called to take us to our venue not realizing it was about 400 yards form the hotel and had the pleasure of paying €25. It would have been nice to know it was within walking distance. We could also have googled it so it’s as much on us
