“Great 3 bedroom space for families”
+Location was great. Very quiet. Blinds were dark enough to keep light out. Big space. Very friendly staff.
−Level 2 pool area could use some TLC but pool itself was lovely as was the spa.

“Pleasant stay in a conveniently area close to shops, restaurants and beach area.”
+Spacious and convenient.
−BBQ not convenient, dishwasher not clean and didn’t work well. Expecting twin beds in one bedroom which we didn’t get.

+Location was handy and close to everything. Very spacious apartment
−It is tired and wasn’t very clean. Bathrooms could do with a deep clean and the floors were also dirty. Unusual smell in there too.

“Bright spacious apartment. Very comfortable.”
+Beautiful apartment, nicely decorated and very spacious. Good location to esplanade and amenities. Clean and bright. Perfect for families.
−Washing facilities weren’t working and couldn’t be fixed while we were there. Staff did give alternative options. Pool was a bit small.

+overall is great
−just one thing - the air con or facility noise in one room is really loud and cannot be turned off.

“Other then the general maintenance that needs to be done around the apartment the location and six of the floor plan was”
+Was a nice apartment very spacious and had all the utilities we needed plus was a 5-10 minute drive to most of the main sites in Mooloolaba to visit.
−Definitely needs some up keep and general cleaning. There was dust everywhere, the extraction fans in the bathrooms and laundry were black from dust, genuinely looked like someone hadn’t been in there for a month or two with the amount of cobwebs that were on the doors and windows, the door handle for the main bedroom came off because there’s only 1 screw holding it together and lastly nearly all the vents for the ducted air conditioner have started falling out of the walls the worst is the one in the main bedroom and the 2 facing towards the living room off the kitchen fascia
