“Stay was good, till the Check Out Process”
+Overall Ambience was good. Staff was reasonably good, until the very last day with the Checkout process.
−As part of the Checkout Process, I didn't appreciate that they sent someone to check the room for any consumption when I was still there, after they had asked me if I had consumed anything, which I answered "No". After checking, during checkout, the person still asks me the same question - did I have anything from Mini Bar. This is after them sending someone to my room while I was still there, to verify and confirm that nothing has been consumed. I told him, you have confirmed that there is no consumption, and still you are asking me. He didn't have anything to say. I found that absolutely, non trust worthy.

“There are so many excellent 5* properties in Bangalore”
+Property is just mid range and not a 5* experiment
−There is no hotel lobby. The checkin service very poor and definitely not a 5* experience

“Good”
+The resort itself is awesome, and overall we had a good experience. However, a few staff interactions were disappointing. The receptionist lady was not very welcoming and had a bad attitude while explaining things to us. Also, while we were at the pool, one of the staff members spoke to us in an angry manner, which made us feel uncomfortable. Apart from these incidents, everything else was good. With better staff attitude and hospitality, the overall experience could be much better.

“Family outing”
+The location is superb within the city and not have to drive too much to reach the destination, atmosphere feels good with all the lovely staff and the stay was for my daughter’s birthday and the it was really amazing especially miss Sandipa gave us an amazing surprise with the cake and celebrating my daughters birthday. I would recommend everyone to consider if you’re planning for family getaway.

“Relaxing within the City”
+Very nice stay within the city to relax and enjoy. Sandipa, Karan and Swaraj helped us out in the reception to have a nice check-in and Checkout experience.

+It was really good atmosphere for family n couple to stay . Especially the assistance from the staff( esp sandipa, karan , swaraj etc ) is approachable. I look forward to visit again . Thank you.
