“An Extraordinary Stay Made Special by Mr Frederick Tam and His Team”
+Our second visit to Palazzo Versace Macau was made truly exceptional by Mr Frederick Tam, whose gracious hospitality and personal care left a lasting impression on us. Mr Frederick went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were deeply touched by the time and effort he devoted to ensuring that we felt warmly welcomed and wonderfully looked after. He has a remarkable ability to make things happen through his resourcefulness and dedication. The team he leads executes every detail with finesse while he personally follows through to ensure that the experience exceeds expectations. What stood out most was the warmth and sincerity with which he cared for us. His attentiveness made us feel valued as returning guests and his personal involvement elevated our stay into something truly extraordinary. We are deeply grateful for his kindness, generosity of spirit and commitment to making this visit even more memorable than our first. Mr Frederick deserves special recognition for both his exceptional hospitality and the care reflected in the team he leads. He has given us every reason to look forward to returning. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to him for a truly memorable stay. A sp

“Excellent”
+We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Versace Macau. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are luxurious & the overall experience was excellent. A special thank you to Sam, the concierge, who went above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He arranged restaurant bookings, secured great tables & made everything so easy. He was always friendly, helpful & genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. Sofie, the breakfast manager, also deserves special mention for her warm welcome & attentive service each morning. Sam & Sofie really made the difference, adding a personal touch that made us feel genuinely welcome. Thank you both for taking such good care of us. We would happily return!
−Hmmm… nothing to fault at all!

“Memorable”
+Excellent service and cleanliness
−Room a bit cool with no central heating system

“Não é um hotel. São suítes caríssimas. Fuja desse lugar”
A ducha do chuveiro é ruim.
“Very enjoyable”
