−It was very old specificity the shower it had mold in it, and it didn’t smell good. And the fact that one of the staff members had a very bad attitude and was rude, made the whole experience worse. His name was nicholo

+Absolutely gorgeous. It's a cosy little hotel very near to the city centre. I would call it an ideal location. The staff is very helpful and polite. The rooms are a delight. We loved the breakfast as well, simple and tasty. This hotel has been the highlight of our trip to Italy.

+I love the architecture and the location and the staff are always helpful.
−This is my second visit and I wish they had a Nespresso machine or kettle in the room. They offer coffee in the lounge area but it’s not great and sits there for a long while. Also, first thing in the morning I use wan the ability to sit and have a coffee in bed or a mint tea before bed. Most hotels offer this as standard. Booked the tower suite and there was no air conditioning in the tower which made it extremely hot.
