“This place is very dated and could use a remodel. The beds need to be changed out to new beds and new bedding. The pat”
+The location was good. The restaurant was great and convenient.
−The bed was extremely uncomfortable and I had a back ache for two days. When we left I noticed that the bed leg was broken but it was too late to notify the front desk to change rooms.

“Will never reserve a room at this location again.”
+After staying there…nothing
−Lack of proper housekeeping 2 bed only 2 bath towels A single hand towel to A single wash cloth A previous guest items left in refrigerator Trash left in drawer No ice machine in building 2. Must trek to the lobby for ice Front desk attendant was missing from front desk for over 5+ minutes Housekeeper had to go search for employee so I could checkout

+The hot tub was a plus after a long day of hiking. The location was the reason I chose the place.
−The room needs updated and cleaned. There was no breakfast.

“I absolutely love this property, staff is wonderful, most rooms are amazing, but we unfortunately got a very bad run dow”
+Location right across the beach, hot tub in the room, different kinds of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby at any time, and staff is always nice and friendly.
−Our room this time was not cleaned well, we had to clean the hot tub out a little before use, and there was a prior guest’s dirty shorts and blanket in the drawers. Also the room we had this time was very run down and some lights didn’t work and the plug didn’t work all the way in the tub, water emptied fast after filling it. And you could feel the springs in the mattress. Felt it wasn’t worth the price this time unfortunately.
+Everything is fantastic

“Great Stay”

−Terrible Experience. Would Not Recommend. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The room was dirty, outdated, poorly maintained, and several basic things simply did not work. The toilet in our original room was broken and would not flush properly. The jacuzzi also would not hold water, so it was impossible to use. We contacted the front desk, and the employee, came to look at the problems and told us he would come back to fix them. We waited for about an hour, but nobody came back. When we returned to the front desk he told us he had gotten busy. By this point, it was already around 10 PM. At first, we were basically told there was nothing that could be done. Eventually, we were offered another room. Unfortunately, the second room was not much better. There was mold in the shower, the toilet worked but flushed very slowly, and once again the jacuzzi would not hold water. The room was dirty, everything looked extremely old and poorly maintained, and even the hairdryer did not work. For a hotel, working plumbing, a clean shower, functioning appliances, and basic maintenance should be the minimum. Instead, we spent our evening dealing with broken facilities, waiting
