“Needs improvement…”
+Clean, good location.
−No remote for air conditioner, and the property has no windows to the outside extremely hot. I slept there 2 nights without aircon. Every hour the automatic air freshener makes very loud squeaks. No communication from anyone after receiving the key for both days.
“I would stay there again”
+The employee was very willing to give me a room where I wouldn't have to walk of multiple floors of stairs, seeing as I'm a senior citizen. The light rail station was less than a block away.
−An elevator to the reception office would have been nice.

“Bad”
+Location
−DON'T STAY HERE! Water was coming out of the air conditioner, it almost became a lake inside the room. the boiler and the refrigerator did not work, The toilet button didn't work either. I informed the staff twice and they did not offer me another room nor did they give me any solution. I will never come back.

“I recommend!”
+Perfect location and a really nice room. Super friendly staff. First of all they facilitated an earlier checkin and since there were many available rooms they actually promoted my room type for the same price - even without me asking for it so it was a very nice surprise!
−The communication could’ve been a little bit better. Since it’s war time they have changes in reception hours and no breakfast, but this wasn’t disclosed until I got there. However compared to my overall experience with the hotel this was just a minor flaw.

“Good”
+The room was pretty clean with an ok size. The location is great.
−No elevator + there was no lights on the floor at night so it was annoying to open the room
