“Value for money!”
+This was our second stay during our 2 week Japan trip. Host was very accommodating when we had to check out late and assisted us best they could at late notice. Really appreciated this. Location is great to everything we needed and it was nice to get away from the chaos to somewhere nice and quiet.

+Having two toilets was very convenient for our family. Location was great for convenience store, 7/11 and Ueno station.
−There was a strong odour in the elevator and just outside our room but not in the room which may have been sewage? Not sure but was very strong. We did see a maintenance van there as we were leaving so it could be getting sorted.

+We really enjoyed our stay! The location was fantastic, super close to the train station, a park, a food street, and shopping. The room isn't huge, but it was spacious enough for 4 to 5 people, and we loved having a separate little kitchen area away from the sleeping space. The washing machine was very convenient, and having two toilets plus a shower was a big plus for our group, since that's hard to find in Japan.
−The only downside was the beds. They were a bit uncomfortable, with a hard spot in the middle of each bed, possibly from a folding part of the frame, and all four beds were the same. We simply slept on one side of the bed (the bed is big) and it was fine.

+Super lokalita a dostupnost na vsetky spojenia, comfortne ubytovanie, pohodlne a clovek sa tam citi naozaj dobre 😊
+방이 넓고 침대가 많아서 각자 편히 쉴수 있었습니다.화장실도 청결 했습니다. 이나리초역과 도보 5분 거리로 가까워서 주요 관광지로 이동하기도 편했습니다.

“This was a very poor stay. Not recommended.”
+The location is okay. It is close to the Ginza Line subway station. There is a kitchen with basic cookware. The toilet and bathroom are separate.
−The room layout is poorly designed and quite cramped. There is almost no space between the two beds. You have to step on the bed to reach the hanging area for clothes. The room is on the ground floor. Outside the window is a garbage room. It was unpleasant .There is no screen on the window. I dared not open it for fresh air because of bugs. The hallway on the ground floor has no lights; it’s very dark. The most unacceptable thing is there is no Wi‑Fi, which does not match the description on the platform. The mobile signal in the room is poor, so you can barely get online inside.

+Easy walk from multiple train stations. Quite neighborhood.
−Was a pleasant and trouble free stay. However, I was disappointed I could not leave my bags in the lobby for a few hours after check out (especially when I had noted x2 bags left in the lobby for 3 days during my stay).
