+對五人家庭來說，價格非常優惠，地點非常棒!鬧中取靜，離黑門市場、戎橋筋、心齋橋也很近，附近生活機能非常棒!一百公尺內有兩家全家，販賣機到處都是，買飲料超方便!
−上下樓層的地板隔音不好，樓上樓下走路聲音會互相干擾引響，我們住二樓，走路太大聲會影響樓下住客，樓下住客早起或晚歸也會影響我們作息。

“Ideally located, clean and spacious. A very comfortable stay!”
+The location was central to everything and the directions provided by our host made it easy to find. The layout of the property was spacious and it provided our family separation during our stay. There is a family mart a few doors down which made breakfasts and snacks easy. We loved being able to wash our clothes during our stay and there is a laundry nearby to dry your clothes. This apartment is very comfortable and ideally located. I highly recommend!
−Our room was in the second floor with no lift.

−The only issue I had with the hotel was the address listed in the description. There have been a few instances where the maps have taken us to the wrong spot, and cases where users have driven to a different area. If the listed address could be changed to better show the proper location, then this will make everything a lot smoother for future residents

“這個民宿最大賣點是空間夠，價格實惠”
+價格非常好，兩房民宿空間完全足夠四人家庭+4個大行李箱，房東提供的用品基本齊全數量足夠，該民宿建築物分上下兩個單位，還好今次我們入住的是地面層，行李箱不用搬上去樓梯，另外房東亦很好，能提供短暫的退房後行李寄存
−持續每天有點小昆蟲，可能是因為天氣潮濕問題，另外浴室沒有浴缸和浴室寶，洗衣機亦沒有烘乾功能，需要洗衣服可能要在附近自助洗衣店處理

+Sehr gut ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Futonbetten ok, nur die Straße zur Vorderseite des Hauses (zweites Schlafzimmer) war relativ laut.
