“I think under normal circumstances this would be a great place to stay. Unfortunately circumstances were not normal and”
+It was well located, although roadwork made access very difficult. Food was good.
−Evening staff were helpful, but instructions were not transferred to night / early morning shift. As we had an early flight, we had paid for a pre-made breakfast that we could take with us. This was not provided as promised. The junior staff member on duty had no idea to deal with the situation.
“Utter bliss”
+The Staff were amazing , nothing was too much trouble , friendly and helpful , views were exceptional . Food wonderful , burgers to die for !
−No lift , but the place more than made up for that !

+The room was beautiful clean and had lovely views . The staff were very friendly .
−There was no lift and we had come for a wedding with 3 kids under 3. We needed the lift for the babies prams and large cases. We didnt like the breakfast as we are used to self service for breakfast its quicker and you can see what you are getting .Better for hungry kids and adults. The car parking for the hotel isn't great if you go on a weekend as there is a free carpark 3 min walk away but it's very busy until later in the day. It's quite a walk if walk when you have a lot of stuff.

“Highly recommend.”
+The location was away from the city and it was what I was looking for. The beach town had a quaint vibe. It was a nice place to getaway. The view from the restaurant was fantastic.
−The doors were thin so you could hear the comings and goings of every guest near you. You need to take a taxi if you have luggage but to head to the city the train station is a 15 minute walk through a nice wooded area. Not recommended for people with mobility issues.

“Comfy, clean, and beautiful!”
+It was beautiful. The view was stunning. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The food at the diner was out-of-this-world delicious. I wish we could have stayed longer.
−Restaurant wait time was a long time. We were sitting for 25 minutes before even being greeted. We didn’t get our food for over an hour. The cocktail wasn’t very good.

+large room very comfortable bed , fridge with available purchases, excellent restaurant with good prices and wonderful view. Staff very helpful and friendly
